Hey, after the seminar I went home and reorganised my portrait business - my avg sale was around $250. The first two sales since the seminar have been up around $700 - $800. Thanks for the input and sharing some really important info.

PLEASE PASS ON TO TERO THE SEMINAR WAS FABULOUS.
The aspects I thought were the best were:
1. we could actually see/fee/touch the samples of menu style price list and the gorgeous gift certificate
2.The words that can be used to attain extra sales - easy friendly style not the hard push
3. ideas for referrals - launch a new product and tell the top clients
4.For a promo, a package is better than a la cart
5. the idea of giving them a credit towards their print order
6. the spread sheet of summary of what the business is doing.

the last one I saw you do I was so impressed and I came to this one
only expecting to get a revision of the previous stuff, and was I so
wrong. I cant wait to see the DVD's and educate my staff. I can see

I already do. I've been at it for 25 years and thought I had a

It was sooooooo great. I loved your candid openness and honesty and brutal simplicity.
It certainly isn’t rocket science…. So why are some of us so thick???
Nonetheless it takes such people as yourself to get us motivated.
Now I know these things make a buck or two but I reckon whatever you make out of
it is chicken feed compared to what hungry and searching participants will gain.

Never in all the seminars I have attended has so much information been given. Not only that, but the information and detail enables a person to act on it as opposed to thinking about it and then giving up due to missing links and the small important details so necessary to make the broad system work. It is hard to put into words exactly what you actually gave all the attendees yesterday. Not only a system for proactively obtaining clients and therefore sales, but the nuts and bolts of how it works, why it works and what not to do. The monies I spent to attend, fell far short of the value I received and I am so happy I spent the money for my wife to attend as well. Thank-you so much, now I have a lot of thinking, planning and work to do.

Thank you for inspiring me and giving me a lift by sharing so much at your seminar in Melbourne.
I have changed my pricing and feel better already. I have never charged enough for my work.
I am already taking more portrait bookings and that feels great. It is an area i have not focussed on much, but am choosing to do so now. More portraits, a few less weddings that's my aim.
Thankyou for talking about balancing lifestyle and work and having time for children. It was lovely to hear that importance to you and how you achieve it. I am taking much more control all ready over when i see clients and when i do jobs. Our children are really only with us for a short time, then they grow up and go.
